You are the person who brings SMEs into defence. You lead AQAP and EN 9100 qualification of suppliers entering the defence supply chain for the first time, independently from the first gap analysis to the passed audit. Your mandates determine whether a company becomes delivery-capable. You work directly with management, make the technical decisions and see a company at the end that would not have made it into the supply chain without you. If you not only master AQAP but are passionate about it, this is the role where your expertise makes the greatest difference.
Lead AQAP 2110 and EN 9100 qualification mandates independently, from initial assessment to certification.
Conduct gap analyses, build management systems and integrate them with the responsible people at the supplier.
Prepare suppliers for external audits and support them through the certification process.
Advise management at eye level as responsible mandate lead.
Demonstrable AQAP audit practice.
At least three completed certification projects.
Background in manufacturing or defence supply industry (strongly preferred).
Proficient in EN 9100 and ISO 9001, with the ability to lead mandates independently — not in a support role.
Due to the nature of our work in the defence sector, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for this position. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
