General information on data processing

Scope of processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. Processing of personal data generally takes place only with the prior consent of the user, except where prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and processing is permitted by law.

Retention and deletion

Personal data is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases. Storage may continue where required by European or national legislators. Data is also blocked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by applicable norms expires, unless continued storage is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

Server log files

Our system automatically collects data and information on each visit: browser type and version, operating system, IP address, date and time of access, pages visited and referrer URL. This data is stored in log files and deleted after a maximum of fourteen days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Collection is technically necessary and cannot be objected to.

Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies to improve usability and, where consent has been given, analysis cookies. The legal basis for technically necessary cookies is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for analysis cookies Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can disable or restrict the transmission of cookies in your browser settings and delete cookies already stored at any time.

Contact forms and email

Our website provides contact forms for electronic communication. Data collected includes: IP address, date and time, company name, first and last name, business email address, phone number. Alternatively you may contact us by email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR. Data is deleted when the respective conversation has ended.

Whitepaper download / Newsletter

When requesting our whitepaper, we collect name and email address as well as date and time of registration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR upon consent. Data is deleted when the subscription is terminated, which can be done at any time via the link in our emails.

Appointment booking (HubSpot)

For booking initial calls we use HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. When using the booking calendar, personal data (name, email address, and other data entered) is transmitted to HubSpot. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When loading a page, your browser transmits your IP address to Google servers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy
